Terms of Service

Terms governing use of Nahal Desk and connected customer messaging channels.

Last updated: August 17, 2026

1. Service

Nahal Desk is a software service from Nahal Labs for authorized business teams to connect supported communication providers, receive and manage customer conversations, collaborate on support work, and send permitted replies through connected business channels.

2. Accounts and workspace access

  • You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for granting workspace roles only to authorized people.
  • Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for the accuracy of business, channel, and user configuration supplied to Nahal Desk.
  • You must promptly remove access for people who should no longer use a workspace.

3. Connected platforms

Use of Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp Business Platform, and other connected providers is also subject to the relevant provider terms, policies, permissions, messaging windows, review requirements, and technical limitations. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to connect and operate your business assets.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Nahal Desk for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized activity.
  • Do not attempt to bypass workspace isolation, authentication, provider restrictions, security controls, rate limits, or access permissions.
  • Do not send prohibited spam or messages that violate applicable provider policies or customer-consent requirements.
  • Do not upload or transmit malware or intentionally interfere with the availability or integrity of the service.

5. Customer data and responsibility

Businesses using Nahal Desk remain responsible for the customer communications and business data they control, including determining the lawful basis and required notices for their use of customer information. Nahal Labs processes service data as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve Nahal Desk as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, infrastructure incidents, provider outages, API changes, account restrictions, or other events outside our control. Nahal Labs may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, provider compatibility, legal compliance, or product development.

7. Fees

Some Nahal Desk plans or features may be offered free of charge, as trials, or as paid services. Where fees apply, the applicable commercial terms, plan limits, billing cycle, taxes, and cancellation terms will be presented separately before purchase or activation.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, misuse, legal requirements, non-payment where applicable, or serious violations of these terms. Workspace owners may stop using Nahal Desk and may request deletion subject to the Data Deletion Instructions and applicable retention obligations.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nahal Desk is provided without a guarantee that every provider feature, delivery status, webhook, API, or third-party service will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product, provider requirements, or applicable law changes. The current version and its last-updated date will be published on this page.
