Data Deletion Instructions

1. Request deletion

To request deletion of data associated with Nahal Desk, email talk@nahallabs.com or use the Nahal Labs contact page. Use the subject “Nahal Desk Data Deletion Request” so the request can be routed correctly.

2. Information to include

• Your name and the email address associated with your Nahal Desk access, if applicable.
• The Nahal Desk workspace or business name related to the request.
• If the request concerns a connected provider, identify the Facebook Page, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, or other channel involved without sending passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or verification PINs.
• Describe whether you want a specific record removed or whether you are requesting deletion of the full Nahal Desk workspace/account data that you are authorized to request.

3. Verification

For security and privacy, Nahal Labs may need to verify your identity, workspace authority, or relationship to the relevant business asset before processing a deletion request. We will not ask you to send provider passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or WhatsApp two-step verification PINs by email.

4. What deletion can cover

• Nahal Desk workspace and user projection data that is eligible for deletion.
• Connected-channel credentials and connection metadata controlled by Nahal Desk.
• Customer contacts, conversations, messages, internal notes, tags, and attachment records stored by Nahal Desk, where the requester is authorized to delete the relevant workspace data.
• Operational records that are not required to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, dispute, or other legitimate compliance obligations.

5. Disconnecting a provider

Disconnecting Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp Business Platform, or another provider from Nahal Desk stops Nahal Desk from using that connection going forward, but disconnection by itself may not delete historical workspace data. Use the deletion-request process above if historical Nahal Desk data should also be removed.

6. Provider-held data

Nahal Labs can delete data controlled by Nahal Desk, but it cannot directly delete information that remains independently stored by Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, or another third-party platform. Requests for provider-held data may also need to be submitted to that provider under its own privacy and deletion process.

7. Timing

We aim to acknowledge valid deletion requests promptly and normally complete eligible deletion within 30 days after any required verification, unless a longer period is reasonably required by law, security, technical recovery controls, or a legitimate retention obligation. We will explain material delays where appropriate.
