Why we prefer product-level monorepos
Independent products should be independently deployable, while the apps inside one product can share a repository and delivery context.
A company-wide giant monorepo is not automatically a sign of maturity. For a growing product company, keeping each independent product in its own repository can reduce coupling while still allowing backend, web, mobile, infrastructure and docs for that product to evolve together.
